About:China Visa on Arrival

Cai I get visa on arrival at Guangzhou (baiyun) airport?

I will transit at the city about 9 hours, and I hope to be able to go outside from the airport for city tour.

Visitors who transit within 24 hours are exempted for visa at the airport. If they want to get out of the airport, they have to apply for a stay permit from the immigration checkpoint.
