Roundtrip plane tickets enough as requirements for visa application in Shanghai

Hi i'm a filipina married to a Taiwanese working in Shanghai. Do i need to submit an ITR and Bank statements as a requirements for my applications? Is a roundtrip tickets not enough as a requirement for my application?

Is this your first time that you have been to China? If so, personal financial statement is a must. Except the round trip air ticket, a hotel reservation is also needed.
