Visa for a holder of a Dutch Passport, who lives in the British Virgin Islands

I am the holder of a Dutch/Netherlands Passport but I reside in Tortola, British Virgin Islands. I am planning to attend a Business Conference in Beijing and expect to be there for about a week from 26 May 2013 to 01 June 2013 inclusive dates.
