Visa for a holder of a Dutch Passport, who lives in the British Virgin Islands

I am the holder of a Dutch/Netherlands Passport but I reside in Tortola, British Virgin Islands. I am planning to attend a Business Conference in Beijing and expect to be there for about a week from 26 May 2013 to 01 June 2013 inclusive dates. Is there an Embassy close to the British Virgin Islands that could issue me the appropriate one for travel? My email address is hudsun.vg|info my telephone number is 284 340 0278

I am afraid that you need to apply for a F type from the embassy or consulate in the UK.
