About:Embassy & Consulate of South Africa in China

visa information.

I am patrick from the democractic republic of congo, i would like to get a 20days visa to south africa to go and discuss my project in port elizabeth with my professor, as i am an industrial engineering student at Nelson mandela metropolitan university and my study permit expired in november last year. i am in china until december, doing my internship here and residing in guangzhou.

Hi, I found the documents you need to provide:
1. compleated application form signed by the applicant
2. passport valid more than 30 days before its expiry of intended visit and copy of its information page on a A4 paper
3. proof of flight booking, proof of financial means from the inviter and the applicant including personal bank statement, salary advices, credit card or travel cheque that can cover the expense there
4. a passport photo
5. a copy of the inviter's passport or ID card
6. a guarantee letter from your employer
7. resident permit in China
