Female Dragon crazy for Male Rabbit

male rabbit 10/16/63 female dragon 3/29/64 will it take long for him to want me as more than a friend. I am head over heals for this person. He said at this point he only wants to be friends. Will it take long for him to realize he wants to be more than friends?
