car+driver for hire in jieyang?

Hi I will be checking some factories in about 50 to 100 mile radius of this city. How do I find a car and a driver with good driving record if possible?

It is hard to find a car with a driver that accompanys you all the way. It is suggested to use local public transport and taxi to finish your trip. Anyway, if you wanna make your trips convenient, a rental car with an interpreter will be very helpful.
