About:China Customs Declaration

Bring IPhone 5 or Samsung Galaxy S3 from Hongkong to China

I want to buy IPhone 5 or Samsung Galaxy S3 from Hongkong to China. Does anyone knows the custom rule? Do i have to pay any tax and how many i can bring ?

If you plan to take two new machines, you have to pay tax. I just took two into China and I paid the tax for the new one. Chinese custom has not spefic rules to the number of the phones, but it is not suggested to take more than two.
