Bring Samsung Tab S9

Can I bring a Samsung tablet S9 Fe into China as my personal belonging? And What if I have 2 smartphones and I will bring them all to China? Shall I declare the customs?

You can take them for personal use and need to declare them. Non-Chinese residents can carry personal items up to a value of RMB2000. You need to pay the customs duties for the extra.
