The "Impression of Westlake" really exists and I think it is great.
For buying the ticket, you can ask the hotel you live in for help.
If you take the train to reach local train station, you can find bus K7 from the train station to reach Yuemiao (Tomb of General Yue Fei) Bus Station and the show is on near the tomb.
The show is finished at around 20:30 and then you can enjoy the beautiful night of westlake after that. You will find many pubs around the lake and you can spend time there.
