Hi where can I find the Round-the-lake battery car in Hangzhou?

how can i tell the taxi driver to get there if i'm leaving from the railway station?

Hi, you can catch that at near Broken Bridge scenic area. If you take a taxi, you can print this sentense down "我想去断桥乘坐环湖观光电瓶车" and then show to the taxi driver and he or she will know.
