Is the symphony of lights in HK worth watching if it's raining? And which side of the harbour is best?

Personally, it is still worth to enjoy on rainy days.
I watched the performance at Bauhinia Square and it's really nice. But just for reference!

I watched it but I didn't see anything. There were only a few beams of light and some patterns on the buildings
