About:How to Buy Tickets

Can you purchase tickets from a city that isn't your departure city?

I will be arriving in Beijing and later flying to Shanghai. I want to purchase a ticket from Shanghai to Hangzhou. Can I purchase my ticket from Shanghai while I'm in Beijing?
