Long term visa application

Hi,
I would like to apply a long term visa for my baby which is holding a 3 month L recently. My wife is a Chinese citizen but may go back for a year, she wish to bring along our baby together. May I know where should I apply for such visa in Malaysia or I have to apply at China? Thank you.

If your baby now is holding a valid L, she can enter first and apply extension at local PSB while in China.
