I am a Kosovo Passport holder and I am living here with Residence Permit since 1.11.2011 . I am a PhD student and I need to participate for one International Conference there with my paper in May 26.
Can I travel with my Passport and should I apply for a single entry tourist L at the Embassy of PRC in Helsinki?
