You can take a bullet train from Beijing to reach Guangzhou South Railway Station. At this station, you can find the free shuttle bus for Chimelong.
Or you can fly to reach GZ. At the airport, you can take the local subway line 3 to reach Hanxi Changlong Station and then you can find the shuttle bus taking you to the resort.
