Hi, Can i Know how to from hotel sintra to Venetian Resort, Macau?

At Sintra, you can find the free shuttle bus of City of Dreams, so you can take that bus to reach City of Dreams and then change the free shuttle bus to reach Venetian Resort.

From Venetian, you can find free shuttle bus to reach Sands Hotel, so you can take it to reach the Sands and the Fisherman Wharf and the Lotus Square are very close to Sands. You can ask the local people to find them easily.
From Fisherman Wharf, you can walk to reach the Ferry Terminal where you can find the free shuttle bus to reach Grand Emperor Hotel, so you can take it to reach that hotel. Get off the bus, you can find the Sintra is on the opposite side.
