Business visit

Hello,

I'm egyptian 25 years old, It supposed to go to China due to Work enquiries. I don't know when I will travel and how long I could stay there. The company will fix dates later but they asked me to have my Visa in Hand because I could travel any time.

So what are the tips to follow?
