Do I have to bring thick clothes and would wearing normal shoes be ok?

The weather in September is cool and it is a good time to visit that city then, but in Dec. it will become cold and the low temperature is around 14.I think you can take your Autumn clothes and some thick coat in case of the cold weather in winter.
