Can anyone clarify visa requirements?

dear sir
i am Syrian living in Saudi Arabia and i am going to Guangzhou 3 to 5 times every year since 2009 due to my business.
recently the requirement is not clear can you please advise me about the exact documents i will be needing .
my passport is valid until 2018 , i was born here, my occupation on my Saudi residency permit is Marketing Specialist, i have HongKong licences , and i never over stayed or got in trouble with the law
