About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

Airport Hotel in Guangzhou Pullman airport

We have a 14h hours waiting time between two international flights. Because it's a long time, we would like to take a break at the closets airport Hotel Pullman.

We need a China Visa to do that?

One of my friends told me that a visa is needed to stay in the hotel. Anyway, you'd better confirm that further with the hotel staff.

Hi Travis, We have a similar situation coming up later in the year. We am flying with China Southern Airlines and I called them to find out what happens. The airline have put in a request for a day room and say that when you get to Guangzhou you need to head straight for the transfer desk... there you can get a stay permit which lets you in to China for 24hrs and is free rather than paying for a "proper visa".
