chinese visa application here

Question

Hi I've been looking for a way to apply in either st petersburgh, Moscow or Irkutsk, I'm in the Kirkenes Norway at the moment (and had serious issues with Russian visa- refusal to submit as I need to apply in uk) Will I be able to even apply and suit application in any of these embassies/consulates? Every single phone number is incorrect or unable to answer

Hi, if you are now in Norway, why don't you try to apply from Chinese embassy there? As foreign passport holder, you are required to provide valid permit for work,study or residence there if you apply in any of above consulates.
