Canadian returning to China

What is the process for someone born in China who became a Canadian citizen and would like to return to China permanently? Is it the same process as it is in the states?

Hi, different province may have different policy. If you are former Chinese, you can entrust your relatice in China to apply from local Foreign Affairs & Overseas Chinese Affairs Bureau.
