About:Guangzhou Railway Station

Are there english-speaking staff at Guangzhou railway station ticket office so I can buy a ticket?

If so, can I purchase a return ticket to Dongguan or can I only purchase one way tickets?

Actually, they don't have a special English-speaking window to sell tickets, but the staff of the normal windows can help you out. Don't worry!
And you can certainly buy the round-trip tickets.
