Double-Entry travel visa for Russian citizen

Hello!
I am going to trip on some chinese places (Guilin, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Huángshān) I need Double-Entry tourist L.
Will I be able to get it having only booking hotels on all trip and international tickets without booking domestic tickets on train airplanes and bus?
