ICN-PEK-LAX can i buy perfume or hand lotion in Seoul duty free shop?

I heard security check again in PEK again.
So Can I buy?

Hi, surely you can buy, but you have to present the valid proof to show that your perfume is bought at the duty free shop in Seoul when passing the security check.
