About:Hong Kong MTR - Island Line

Question on transfer between HK station & Central station

I would like to take MTR train from Tsuen Wan West station to Shau Kei Wan MTR station. Are there any inside transfer between HK station & Central station without walking on the surface road? What are the exit # on each station in order to get to reach train station?

There is no channel under the surface, so I am afraid that you have to get out of the surface.
It is easy to find the train station by following the direction boards.
