Dependent visa for my wife

I am working in China on Z for the last 5 years. Now my wife who was in India was to shift to China and stay with me on dependent Z. We do not have marriage certificate. How she can get one either in Chinese embassy India or after coming to China on tourist L in China?

You need to have marriage certificate for applying dependent visa. Its mandatory.
