About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

I have a multiple entry 6 months visa and it expires on 22 April.

CAn i go to Hong Kong and renew my visa on 18 April? I mean make a new visa before the one i have expire?

You can make a new visa in HK but you may only able to get a single entry or double entry. As I know, the office there does not issue multiple entry visa to non-HK residents.
