Baggage allowance questions on domestic planes

I am travelling on an international ticket but will then be flying on a domestic flight Shanghai - Guangzhou. I am allowed more free baggage allowance on the international ticket. What weight/size of suitcases will I be allowed on the domestic flight Shanghai - Guangzhou? Can I keep the international baggage allowance?

Secondly, I am also travelling by train to other cities. What is the baggage allowance allowed on trains - one suitcase and one hand luggage per person?

Thanks.

Generally, for domestic plane, it is allowed to take 20kg luggage for free by taking economic seats, 30kg by taking business seats and 40kg by taking VIP cabin. Well, you can take along 5kg hand baggage onto the plane and the demension should not exceed 20*40*55cm.

To take a train, a passenger is allowed to take along 20kg luggage onboard. Yours should be fine. Don't worry!
