From the map, between West Lake and Lingyin Temple/Fei Lai feng is quite far.. can I go there by walk? Because I'll go with my parents..

If you have your parents, you can choose to take a taxi to reach there, which costs around 20 to 30RMB.
Or you can take bus 7 from Hubin Road to reach the temple directly.
