Dependent visa for my Filipino daughter

my husband (an american) and i (a filipina) have just been offered teaching positions at a college in china. prior to my marriage, i was a single parent to a filipino child who is now 8 years old and my child has not been adopted by my husband yet. my husband has been teaching in china for 7 months now. the offer we got is for the 1st term this year. i am a professional teacher here in PI who is due to obtain my master's degree prior end of this year. my question is: if i am issued a work visa, what is the likelihood that my daughter can come with me as my dependent seeing that my husband and i are going to be both financially responsible for her? please advise.

Hi, if you get work visa to China, then your daughter is able to apply for a denpendent visa accompanying your Z in China. But, you may need to secure a travel clearance for her from the Department of Social Welfare and Development. For more detailed requirements for dependent visa, you can read above article on this website.
