How the weather in Xiamen during sept 2013? Is that suitable for age of 87 to travel in this month？

It is hot and humid during Spet with an average temperature of about 24~30C. It is OK for old people to travel there, but prepare well for the hot days, such as cool clothes and heatstroke preventive medicines.
