About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit in Shanghai for cruise embarkation

I will be in Shanghai for two days then taking the cruise out on the 3rd days. Am I eleigible for the visa exemption for less 72 hrs?

The 72 hour transit is for air passengers only through Beijing Capital Airport. If you leave by cruise, you need to get a visa in advance.
