About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

Chinese Visa? Mother born in China

Do I need a Chinese Visa (transit) if my mother was born in China? We both now live in Australia?

She needs a visa if she now holds Australian passport. BTW, may I know your travel itinerary first? if you travel with Australian passport, tranist in Shanghai or Beijing with stopover less than 72 hours, you may exempted from visa.
