working visa apply

hi i am currently still in shenzhen i come with X visa 5 month ago,now i found job company in shanghai,i will work this company in shenzhen,i am from Turkey i have talked with visa agency in Turkey for apply Workingg Z in Turkey,agency want from me 2 document one is provide company document anothers is "alien employment license of the people's republic of china" this company have foreigener worker but they do not to make this documents also Turkey agency told me first need go apply document chinese ministry of labor can you give me detail information for apply this? thanks!

Yes, the agency is right. For work Z application, you need to provide a Foreign Expert's Working Permit issued by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, and an Invitation Letter of your company. I think if the company have foreigner worker, they should be clear about this process. So, please ask them for these two documents.

As I know, foreign employee should have a bachelor degree at least.

thanks for reply,for z working visa this agency say need bachelor degree but i have hight school and associate degree diploma,some peopels say can make with hight school but this agency say can not make also another foreginer worker have no bachelor degree,any one clear about this?
