Is there still available taxi in Pudong Airport by Midnight?

We will arrive by the 20th of March on T2 Pudong airport so we wanted to check if taxi's are still available at midnight and is it still safe? our hotel is 46KM from the airport and we'd want to know if we need to book airport transfer or we can just look for taxi there or if we can book taxi
