About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

how do I apply a visa to Macao when I am visiting my relatives in HK? I'm from vietnam.

If you are now in Macao, you can send application to Macao PSP directly. Otherwise, you may need to apply through Chinese embassy or consulate in your place.
