The shuttle service is not provided by the hotel.
You can take the airport shuttle bus lin 2 to reach its terminal in the city center (near Jing'an Temple) and then take a taxi to reach your hotel directly.
The distance from Jing'an Temple to your hotel is around 2.5km.
