About:China Train Stations

taking train or bus to Xilingol

I understand that no direct train travel to Xilingol from Beijing only flight. Does this mean I will have to go to Hohhot first then take the train or bus to my destionation? How long will this take? Thanks.

Hi, you can travel in the above manner, but it is too complicated. Actually, there are direct long-distance buses at Beijing Liuliqiao Long-distance Bus Station and Yongdingmen Long-distance Bus Station to your destination. The whole journey takes about 10h.
