During your 6-day travel, Disneyland, Ngong Ping 360/ Giant Buddha, Ocean Park, the Peak and the peak tower, Madame Tussauds, Tsim Sha Tsui surroundings and Causeway Bay are all worthy destinations.
In my opinion, 6 days is long for visiting HK. If you wish, you can also spend one day in Macau to enjoy yourselves.
