If my China Visa expires on March 18th, do I have to leave on the 17th the day before it expires?

Or, can I leave ON the expiration date, in this example, March 18th?

If your visa validity (please check again carefully) is until March 18th, that means you can enter before that date. If yes, then you can stay full days e.g, 30days, as the duration of each stay issued to your Visa. But if you mean you have used up the duration in China until 18th March, then you have to leave either on or before that date.

Emily, My 6 month multiple entry visa is good for 30 days, each entry and states "ENTER BEFORE MARCH 18th".
So if I enter on the 17th, does that mean I can stay an entire 30 days?

Yes, you are right. You can stay entire 30 days if you enter before March 18th.
