About:Qin Dynasty

negatives of the emperor Qinshihuang

I know the many accomplishments of ShiHuangdi --other than killing lots of people, was there any things else bad about him? I need this for a school paper.

During his rule, he ordered to construct many large and luxurious palaces or others, including the mausoleum for him, the Terracotta Warriors to protect and guard him after death and Epang Palace. By doing that, he used too much money and labor so that his people were not satisfied with his such action.
