I just know several Indian restaurants in the city, but I cannot tell you whether they provide south Indian food or not. You may go there to see.
Aruna Indian Curry & Cafe House at Avenida da Amizade 779B, Edificio Chong Yu and Indian Spice at 39 Alameda Dr. Carlos D'Assumpcao | Vista Magnifica Court, R/C BG are two nice restaurants for you.
