Transportation from Hong Kong Airport to Guangzhou at night

Hi there, we are going to arrive at HK Airport at 21:05pm and want to go to Guangzhou the same night. Will it still be possible to catch a bus after having gone through immigration and collected the luggage? Or would you maybe recommend any other means of travel? Thanks for your help. Florian
