What is the name of the other Chinese city that claimed to be Shangri La?
There were two cities in China that claimed to be the "real" Shangri La (even though Shangi La is a fictitious place so there is no "real" Shangri La). The Chinese government decided which of the two cities could call itself Shangri La. What is the name of the other city and where is it located?
