Do you need a visa to stop over at the Dazhong Airport Hotel at Shanghai Airport? I am an Indian.

I will be travelling from Delhi to Taiwan using China Eastern with an early morning (06.00 - 13.30) layover between flights. Does anyone know if I need a visa (of any type) to stop overnight at the Dazhong Airport Hotel, which is apparently on the airport between terminals 1 and 2? I am an Indian passport holder.
