About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

is it free transfer from HK airport to hotel or Hotel to airport?cos am staying in Eaton or Bp intl HTL

Well, it is not free from the airport to the hotel or vice versa. Only if you take the airport express train, you can take the shuttle bus from the express train station at downtown area to the hotel for free.
