I will be in Shanghai on first week of april, how I can travel to Beijing?

what is the most confortable way?? train or by air??

In my opinion, it should be to take the direct high-speed train between. You can take that at the local Hongqiao Railway Station and reach Beijing South Railway Station within about 5 hours.
