During Spring Festival, people eat many kinds of food, but the most important food is the dumplings, fish and for other kinds of food, you can refer to https://www.travelchinaguide.com/essential/holidays/new-year/food.htm to have a look.
For the lantern festival, rice Dumpling must to be eaten.
Zongzi is eaten for the Dragon Boat Festival and moon cake is need to be eaten in Mid-autume festival.
