IF I VISIT MY PARENT IN CHINA, DO I NEED INVITATION FROM HIM

Yes, if you fill the purpose of visit as family visit, you need to ask for an invitation letter from your parents, as well as copies of their valid visa, and residence permit in China. If Chinese, copies of their ID is required. BTW, you need to provide birth certificate or other proof of relationship.
